1974 e27 FOR SALE in Cleveland, Ohio

1974 Ericson 27 sailboat. Standard issue Ericson in sail away condition. Original gas inboard was removed (strut left in place) and Outboard Motor mounted in Ericson factory cut-out. 1984 Evinrude Yatchtwin 9.9 hp 25" longshaft w/electric start. Original onboard fuel tank utilized. Motor runs perfect and fires right up everytime. Boats hull was painted saphire blue with Interlux Brightside one part paint as was the topdeck in white. New rubrail insert, new head, new fabric/vinyl interior, new cockpit cushions, new onboard battery charger, new battery 08', new galley sink faucet (rocket hand pump), and new sailcover. 3 year old Simrad TP22 TillerPilot with remote. Main is less than 5 years old with very little time used. 150 Genoa is older but clean and in good shape. Harken roller furler. Single winch on mast and port/starboard jib winches in cockpit. EZ Jax lazy jack system brand new this year. 30 amp shorepower cord. Two anchors and rode. Current coast guard inspection. Companion way cover and boards redone and look like new. Original knotmeter and depthsounder still installed in bulkhead but do not function. Might be able to repair. Homebuilt cradle included and storage for summer paid at Edgewater Marina. All thru hulls removed, cleaned, and rebedded with 3m4200 August of 08'. Two coats of black antifouling paint May 09 before launch. 2009 dockage (35' slip @ $1460) at Edgewater Marina paid in full. Winter storage is less than $500. Relocating and will need to sell by end of season or sooner. Boat Sails like a dream and quick for its size.
