E27 holding tank area drain

I could not tell if the area under the front V-Berth (where the water and waste holding tanks are located) drains to the bilge. I would like to hose the area down. I guess I could simply try it but thought I would ask. Thanks in advance.

No stump-water allowed

Yes, unrestricted to the bilge. However, the small area forward of the holding tanks, under the smaller hatch, needed a hole drilled through the base of the plywood bulkhead to allow it to drain. water from the forpeak would drain to this space and be trapped. I don't like spaces like that and when I find them I don't hesitate to drill holes. (Not teeny little holes either that could plug-up.) At least a 1" hole saw and a little epoxy to seal the wood should eliminate those little stump-water ponds.
