I have a 1987 E34 Tri cabin. I need to replace the intake hose from the galley thru hull to the raw water pump. Do I need to Re & Re the floor at the base of the companion way, or can it be replaced without pulling up the floor.?
Thanks

Just back from volleyball and replacing the vital fluids so I will be careful.

Not a problem pulling the hose through from the galley sink area. I connected the new hose to the old and gently pulled and pushed to get it through. There were no ties between the galley area and the engine pan.

No need to pull up the cabin sole; I had it up for another project, replacing the sole, at a different time.

I just noticed Bradenton in your address. :) I'll be there next month to check on the job, and to check on how you trim the sails [I have beer & food]. A few years ago I helped bring a trawler to Twin Dolphins in Bradenton from Lk Champlain.
