Pull apart Cinnamon rolls

I found this recipe in a newspaper a while back and have had good luck with it. Firing up your oven in the morning is a good way to get the chill off the boat and you end up with a delicious treat to start the day with. I’ve also been impressed with how long this stays fresh tasting just sitting on the counter.

Pull apart cinnamon rolls.

I cup nuts (walnuts for family, pecans for guests)
1 pkg Butterscotch pudding mix
I pkg frozen white rolls (Rhoades)
6 tbsp butter or margarine
¾ tsp cinnamon
½ c brown sugar
Raisins (optional)

Spray a Bundt pan with oil spray (I use the kind with flower in it). Sprinkle the nuts and raisins (if using) along the bottom of the pan. Place the package of frozen rolls into the pan on top of the nuts I don’t usually use the whole package. Melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon, drizzle over the rolls. Sprinkle the pudding mix over the top of the rolls. Let it rise over night. In the morning bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes. Turn pan upside down to remove from pan and enjoy.
