We are fast approaching the date when we will have 2 boats in the water simultaneously so I thought I would give listing her here one last shot before we go to a broker.

She is located at Bay Point Marina in Norfolk, VA (near the Little Creek Amphibious base) and can remain in the slip until mid-May or so.

I wasn't really planning on ever selling this boat but or plans have changed and she has to go. I 've taken care of the mechanical items. What remains to be done is mostly cosmetic.

Please email or PM for pictures or more details.

Thanks for your interest.

Did you list her yet? I am a little time away from being ready to purchase, and the 31 is a bit smaller than I have been envisioning, but I am in MD and I'd be interested in seeing some pics if you have them.

Thanks,
Freeman
