35 II Mid-Engine Cover

I'm trying to refabricate an engine cover for my '72 Mid Engine 35II - mine is pretty much destroyed by P.O. Who installed a kitchen Sink above the engine - go figure? Any suggestions or pics of members boats would be appreciated. I'm in the dark on this - and yachtworld is not proving to have many pics of that angle or detail. any help?

E35II Engine Bar

As the Beta 902 is higher than the Old Universal M4-30 :confused:
I built a Bar over the Engine to make for more Galley Counter space :nerd:

Pics...

Howard & Chaco...THANKS!!! That's what I'm looking for . Where are the batteries on your boats relative to the engine. I've just built a box for 3 batteries that will sit next to the engine under the settee infront of the nav station. I'm bringing this boat back from nearly dead and poorly modified....so the pics you have sent are a fantastic reference.

(2) 6V 150AH House Batteries in the Original Battery Box under the Settee.
(1) 12V 80AH Starting Battery under the Quarter Berth
Electrical Panel next to NAV Station (close to batteries) :nerd:

Refer to Howard's photos-where you see the black hose and the red hose go into his seat-----if you look above you'll see a hatch. In there would be a stock plastic tray for two type 24 batteries. (Not real efficient set up, FWIW)

Course in Howard's boat it may now be a cooler!!!!!
