looking for late model 32-3 in SE

Hi there,
I currently own a 1989 Catalina 25 tall rig with a wing keel and trailer.
One of the members of my sailing club has an Ericson 32-3 1986, and I really like it. He won't sell it to me, no surprise there.
I already surveyed one 32 and it had lots of hull blisters, corroded rudder post, corroded and leaky heat exchanger and exhauset, soft deck, etc. etc.
I don't want a project boat.
I'm willing to haul it from the southeast, or east coast to Knoxville, TN.

Found a good 32-3

Yes, I finally found a really nice Ericson 32. I bought the one listed on yachtworld.com, located in Burnt Store Florida.
Primo condition.
