blowing the hatch

I have one more project. The plywood on the underside of my companionway hatch is delaminating. Has anyone disassembled this hatch? It appears there are only a few screws that are plugged and that everything is bonded with glue or resin.

Any info on the disassemble would be good. I read pictures better than words if you have them.
