Unfortunately I am selling my 1984 30+ Ericson. It has a 16 hp Universal diesel with very low hours. It has a newer Furlex Roller Furling, newer datamarine instruments, newer battery charger and newer ss hot water tank. The boat sleeps 6, has a two burner alcohol stove with oven, ice chest, pedestal teak table, 43 gallons of fresh water tanks, shower, 18 gallon holding tank for the head (new pump), wheel steering with leather cover, teak & holly sole, 150 Mylar Genoa, Wilson Silsby Mainsail, jib, boom vang, lazy jacks, etc. etc. The boat has been well maintained (all records are available) and is well equipped.
