Anyone have problems from all the rain?

This post is probably just as appropriate for the Northeast as well. We've all been slammed by the rains.
Has anyone had trouble from the rain? We had some water come in the V berth, which Neal thinks is from the forward stanchions. As a result, we're accelerating our plans to work on the anchor well and take care of those stanchions at the same time.
We watched the tides a couple days ago. It was reported we might get tides 4' higher than normal, but that didn't happen in our part of the Bay. We were prepared to let our lines out if necessary.
The water was ugly. It was a muddy brown with no visibility. I guess the fish were confused as well. Where did all the salt go? I'm sure the fresh water drove the jellies (nettles) down to the bottom. No loss there!

If anyone is planning to be in the general area south of Annapolis over holiday weekend, Herrington Harbour South has terrific fireworks. If you're not sure where it is, look for Herring Bay on your charts. You can't miss the hundreds of boats that anchor off the marina in Herring Bay. The Fireworks will actually take place on the 1st. http://www.herringtonharbour.com/events/index.htm
Kokomo will be there.
