I have a 1978 ericson 34t. It is a Bruce King design, originally condeived as a 41 foot racer, and later market driven changes resulted in the 34' t (trunk cabin cruiser) and, I think, a 34' flush deck racer- so I've heard. Actual facts about this design have been difficult to find. I'm looking for info on this boat and also have the following questions:
Are most ericson boats such as the 25', 32', 35'ericsons Bruce King designs? Mine has a severe reverse transon with a "pinched" stern and looks very different than most ericsons I've seen.
Does anyone know where i might find some design info., production numbers, specs., etc.?
Has anyone had blister problems with their late 70's hull. Mine has about 200 small blisters-most on the keel and none more than 2". Is this normal? What can I expect?
