Impressed how stable a Figaro 2 is while planing.
It illustrates the usefulness of my mainsail tack downhauls, which allow the main to be reefed without leaving the cockpit. Downwind like this you do have to haul the luff down. They rigged a temp downhaul, mine are always there and ready.
Note the tether on the mast man. Coming back for a spilled crew is not easy and a PDF alone is a half-measure.
