25+ gooseneck tack bolt

I am helping with a 1983 Ericson 25+ with Kenyon spars and the 3/8" tack bolt and reef hook are missing, the bracket that the gooseneck attaches is welded to mast. I will take a picture next time I am on boat , I have a Temp fix now but I know there must be some missing parts , I went in Rigrite website and found nothing that matched what we have . Anyone have a solution ???

Here's his gooseneck, dunno if it's same as yours. It may be possible to fabricate the missing part, your photo will help determine.
