opening porthole replacement E34

Hello,
I've looked for this topic with no luck even though it is here somewhere. So here is my question to you boat scholars.
Too replace my old standard Lewmar opening portholes on my 1987 E34.
1. Do I buy the new Lewmar standard porthole?
2. If yes, What is entailed?
3. If not , than what?
