Oddity of Achievement, TransAtlantic in a "Jeep."

I saw a documentary on this fellow, who went round the world in the 1950s in a seagoing Jeep.

I didn't believe a word of it. Obviously unseaworthy, couldn't possible carry enough fuel, and so on.
