    Ericson 37 in good company

I had no idea that an Ericson 37 placed 3rd in the One Ton north-American championships (1973)

Pretty star-studded list of skippers, too.

Boy that's a cool list of boats. Don't get me wrong, TP-52s and the imminent hydrofoil revolution are cool and all, but I wish there was still a bigger-scale competition for good ol displacement boats like ours. Or is there?

Don't forget to look at the skipper list too, King, Mull, Blackaller, Turner, Peterson... that was basically the TP52 series of it's day.
