38-200 fixed widow glass thickness and rubber seal

I have removed the terribly leaky fixed windows from my 1986 38-200. I need to replace the rubber seals. From scouring the the forums, it seems some have used the kits from catalina direct. I can't find any measured drawings of the rubber extrusions they sell. The glass that came out of my windows is 1/8" (.1285") tempered safety glass, the catalina kits call for 3/16" glass. The glass channel in my aluminum frame measures .325" wide x .415" deep. The other inner channel is .430" wide by .425" deep. Has anyone measured their frames or rubber seals during a rebuild? Has my glass been replaced with thinner glass at some point? I can take pictures if they will help.
Thanks in advance!
