Four PSSA members are leaving Sunday July 1st for 2,200 nm from Marina Del Rey to Hawaii. Bill, Larry, Matthew and Patrice have been working very hard to get themselves and their boats ready.

We will gather at CYC, 9am, dock F-2500 to give the 4 musketeers our words of support. If you have a boat, please follow us to the starting line, which will be near SS mark at noon.

We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Jerome Sammarcelli
PSSA 2018 Commodore and PRO

Pacific Singlehanded Sailing Association is the southern club. The famous SSA Transpac from San Francisco is currently underway.

PSSA's race is the first of a long-discussed plan to provide competitors from the lower latitudes.

It's a long sail from southern to northern California against wind and current, and the effort of extra time and expense has dissuaded southern boats from entering.
