1987 E34-2 for sale

I have been boat shopping for a larger more blue water type sailboat and am at the point I should start working on positing my 1987 E34-2 for sale. It's a very well loved boat that's been kept up nicely by previous owners. No mold, no funky smells, dry boat, dry bilge and sailed often.

New items in the last two years include;

Isotherm fridge/freezer conversion
Newport P-9000 propane fireplace AND a Wallas DT-30 forced air diesel heater (no reason to be cold in Seattle)
Raritan PH-II head
Main sail by North sails (2+2) configuration with extra reinforcing and ultra slick UHMW slides
New running rigging
Rocna anchor and 70' of 5/16" G-43 chain + 175' of 5/8" 3-strand
Marine Beam nav lights bow and stern.
LED interior lights
2 Firefly G35 carbon foam house batteries
ProNautic 12-30P shore power charger
Botom paint was done 8 months ago (Seahawk Cucote)
Fresh varnish on brightwork
Removable swing out doors with windows in companion way
Glow plug relay update and new glow plugs for quicker starting
New Schafer genoa lead blocks
Rail mounted Magma grill

Previous owner upgrades include;

Wavestoper hard dodger
Campbel Sailor 3 blade prop - easy 6.2 to 6.5 kts under cruise power setting depending on weight and sea conditions
Standard Horizon GX1700 explorer VHF
Lowarnce GPS (color moving map)
Raymarine wheel pilot
Balmar alternator
Lazy jacks that stow easily when not in use
Newer 3" heat exchanger for engine
Shower sump pump
Upgraded transmission
Newer fuel tank made from slightly thicker aluminum
Optima dual use starting battery
Lofrans Royal manual windlass

Spares include;

Multiple fuel and oil filters
Overhauled stock alternator
New engine freshwater and seawater pumps
New galley freshwater pump
Misc. engine gaskets and seals

Sail inventory;

New main sail
150 genoa
120 genoa
95 jib

No spinnaker or spinnaker pole but there is a new spin halyard and a spinnaker pole track & car

I'm asking $45K for this boat. Anyone interested is welcome to ask for photos or come by Shilshole marina in Seattle to see and sail on this boat.
