Olson 34 Pointing ability

Summer is here and its time to get the boat dialed in. I was wondering what degree from the wind close hauled should I be shooting for with the Olson 34?

Also, with decent conditions and close hauled what is the boats hull speed?

I recall reading about 37 degrees on the ST60 wind gauge, with the jib sheeted to the inner track.
Of course, these "precision" numbers might be influenced by calibration slippage in our instruments.

Going to weather we are usually at 7 kts or more with a clean bottom.
