International Racing boat design requirements - certificate needed

I am considering racing my E32-3 in an international race. That requires that I comply with the requirements of the World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations.

It would be good if I could locate, if it exists, a certificate from the International Marine Certification Institute or a similar organization showing that the E32=3 meets the requirements of Category A with the EC stamp.

Does anyone know where a document like that could be found?

I am not aware of such a certification (No doubt you could be inspected for one, at great expense).

I'd call the race organizers and ask for guidance. What race is it?
