Well now, to add another head scratching element to the how and why of heat exchanger zincs....
Today I replaced my zinc since the last one was put in January 22, 2016 and about 40 engine hours ago. When I removed it, I was pleased to see there was over 75% left! That's crazy as the last one was almost completely gone over a six month period.
