Hello All,

I am seeking rub rail end caps (1 or 2 is fine) for 1976 Ericson 23' sailboat. They are not 90 degrees, maybe around 125-135 degree angle. The hull id is:

Thank you.

End Caps

I have two off of an 81 E 28+. They measure 2.5" across and each leg is 3.5" long. They are in need of refinishing. They also have four screw holes. I can be more precise if it will help.

May not work. The one I need is 1 7/8"wide and each leg is 1 3/4" from inside edge. Really appreciate you reaching out. Thank you. Billy

Alcast Foundry in Redondo Beach, CA may be able to make it for you............if you have the old one even if is broken. It will be a solid casting and will need to be polished and anodized. Another long shot is Taco Marine. Some West Marine stores have a sample "ring" and you could see if anything will work. Another long shot is Garhauer. They might be able to make it out of stainless.

If no easy solution, cast the original in plaster and use the mold to reproduce it in resin.

Paint with Rustoleum silver. It will look good.
