Saw this on Craigslist. I have no connection or knowledge of the boat, just posting it for the benefit of fellow Ericson fans.
Folks from south of the border might want to do a conversion.... this could be quite a steal!

One of the rare 35s with a tiller and an A4. (I have the same on my 32.) Both are under-appreciated features. [DELETE: Guessing early/mid-'70s vintage? Posting is strategically vague (edit: QUITE CLEAR) on this point.]
