Pretty much the whole history is in the Thelonious blog. Prospective owners of the model will find there a survey of typical maintenance projects.

Thelonious was sailed singlehanded to and from Hawaii last summer. As a seasoned sailor, her owner was determined to create the finest Ericson 32-III currently on the water. Every aspect of the boat-- electrical, rigging, engine and safety gear--was brought to highest standards. He now intends to move on to a larger Ericson for further adventures.
If you want a perfect boat of this size for racing, cruising or heading over the horizon, you owe it to yourself to take a look at Thelonious.

Interior
The Ericson 32-III is known for extensive use of teak that goes far beyond the famous wine rack. The salon banquette can accommodate six guests at dinner. The navigation station is large and ergonomic. The bunks are skillfully integrated. The Ericson 32-III V-berth is largest in its class—6’6” wide at entry, permitting even athwartships napping. A dorade box and four opening portlights assure cross-ventilation. A wide quarterberth offers a large sixth bunk or easy storage for an inflatable dinghy. A gimballed propane stove and oven makes cooking under sail practical. This yacht has no leaks, as all ports, hatches and deck fittings have been replaced or re-bedded. Custom stereo speakers in salon and cockpit complete the ambience.

Thelonious for sale? sail? sale?

Are you sure you don't mean sail? Must be a typo.

On the other hand, if you want to trade for a 35-3 that needs a man of your literary skills and astonishing marine capabilities...

Or is it the other way around? (Astonishing literary capabilities and marine skills...?)

I'll trade you back when you're done with this one.

Count me as just a humble member of the Christian Williams fan club.

Cheers,

T.
