Winter cover for an Ericson 38 for sale. It was on the boat when I got it a few years ago and has been in my clean/dry basement since then (I don’t use it to cover the boat for the winter). It has all of the aluminum poles that are used as the frame and the canvas. Since there are a few areas where the stitching has come out, I took it to a local canvas shop to find out what it would take to repair it. They quoted me $700 to re-stitch the seams and replace the zippers (he felt it made sense to replace them if re-doing all of the stitching). The material is in very good shape and will give you years of service. If you're interested in buying it for $700, and paying for the repair, you'll have a good cover for $1,400, considerably less than a new one.
