How do I attach a spinnaker pole to my 1976 E23 fixed keel

I am in need of a spinnaker pole for my E23. I have done some research and found that an 8'2" spar will be perfect. I do not have a bracket on the mast for the spar. Any ideas???

According to the Forespar chart you should be able to purchase and install a Padeye. part #: Padeye #400002. $48.45 That's if you don't have a "T" track. I assume you don't.
