Hi folks - hate to do it but we are not using her. Would love it if stayed in the SoCal Ericson community.

Here is the eBay listing:

Ericson 25+ coastal cruiser - good condition family sailboat in SoCal - 151289069700

Great in light winds yet still stable and comfortable for family use. Ericson's are know for being very well built, and she is a great coastal cruiser. Low hour newer Nissan outboard moves her along quite well. Recent sail bags and sail covers, but some sun fading on those. She is rigged for one person sailing. One jib and one genoa included, plus the main sail of course. Full set of cushions and foam padding for sleeping below. The interior is dry without any musty smell - no protests from your spouse or kids will be forthcoming. She has a fixed keel.

Ship to shore power works as it should, batteries hold charge but are thought to be about 6-8 years old at this point. Cabin is surprisingly roomy and loads of storage space. Has the optional double bed in the main cabin option which is a nice plus.

Some deferred cosmetic maintenance, mainly related to her not being use much over the past several years. Recent top and bottom professionally done full re-paint but it needs to be cleaned and ideally buffed out at this point to look it's best. Low hour newer Nissan 9.9 outboard which runs great, and moves the boat right along.

Located in The Alamitos Bay Marina a in Long Beach right over the Seal Beach Orange County boarder. You can get a temporary, or guest, slip from Alamitos Bay Marina (nice people, friendly) easily but you are responsible for where you keep her shortly after buying here. We pay under $280 a month for our slip there. There is a great Ericson community in the area with lots of help and group events available. The Ericson online community is excellent as well - (search on ericson yachts . org)

We are happy to show the boat to serious buyers with reasonable notice as we, unfortunately, have to work for a living.

This is a no-reserve auction. Heck, at this price you are buying an outboard and getting a great sailboat for free.

No soft spots on her deck or near anchor.

Pictures of her cabin on the eBay auction.

Clean title in hand and her registration is current.

Please don't be shy if you have any questions, thanks.
