1979 Ericson 29 Sailboat with an Atomic 4 motor being sold 'as is, where is' in Dana Point Harbor
It needs cosmetic TLC, but appears to be structurally sound. The rig looks good, and the winches too.
The bottom was just cleaned.
The owner says he last started the motor 2 years ago and it ran well. BUT since that was 2 years ago and the engine/shaft/transmission have not been inspected or run since then, it's not safe to start it until it's been inspected and serviced. That will be the responsibility of the new owner. Hence the low price.
The owner lives out of state and just wants to not own a boat anymore.
The slip will be expired in 30 days, but it is transferable if you can afford the slip rent and insurance, as required by Dana Point Marina Company.... or I can tow it to the hoist for you to transport as you desire.
