    "Tween'r" Handrail Project (Ericson 27)

Aside from needing to replace most things still original, when I took possession of Tween'r the first thing identified as needing attention were the leaky handrails on the dog house. While...

    Lee Cloth "Quick Connect"

Here is a little interior upgrade that I have been considering for a number of years. On our boat and many others, over the decades, I find that the attachment for the lee cloth is often fussy to...

  • Ownership, Management & Administration

As of January 2004, this site is once again owned and maintained by Sean Engle, and has no official affiliation with Pacific Seacraft Corporation, Seacraft Yacht Sales or any other legal entity. The site was sold to Pacific Seacraft in 2003 and then returned at the end of 2004. It is supported by donations from many kind Ericson Yacht owners. Specific site history can be found here.

The Ericson name and logo are property of Pacific Seacraft Corporation. Some of the images on this site are the property of King Photos, and have been reproduced with their permission. If you have any questions regarding ownership of anything you see on this site, contact may be made via the contact page, found here.

It is envisioned to someday form the Ericson Yachts Owners Association - a national affiliation of Ericson owners. While much discussion has occurred on this topic to date, the activity of such a formation is still seen primarily as a future activity (i.e.: no one has the time to put it together at this point). Once such a formation occurs, it is envisioned that this site will become the primary contact point for its membership.

This site is managed and administered by Sean Engle. There also exists a 24 person steering committee which provides input on major decisions, and a group of moderators which provide oversight on the site bulletin board, the EY.o Information Exchange. Questions as to the management, policies or other related issues should be forwarded via the contact page, found here.
