I finally got around to replacing all the engine raw water hoses and installing a proper raw water strainer. Previously the raw water strainer was nothing more than a Jabsco inline water filter installed only 6 inches above the seacock, below the waterline, underneath the galley sink and was a real pain to service. Last winter I had all new seacocks installed on the boat and the new engine intake seacock is 3/4" with inline engine flush valve. This now goes up to the new Vetus ...
