I went to engage the clutch to tighten the belt and the thing broke in half. Any suggestions where I may find a replacement part?

Try Dan Gerhardt (dan@mydurango.net)
He is in Colorado but buys and fixes and I assume re-sells Raymarine parts.
He just bought my old non working ST4000+ unit

I have been extremely successful in finding Autohelm and Raymarine instruments, cables and accessories on EBAY. The prices for the used stuff tend to be way lower than stuff you might even discover at nautical flea markets and the like. A few years ago my boat was struck by lightning and it destroyed all of my electronics (and all my wiring too). I was able to replace all of my Autohelm ST-50 electronics from ebay. I even added stuff to the system at a fraction of what it would have cost me to buy it new. Now, about 6 years later, it all still works perfectly well.
