Ericson 27 under the Golden Gate

Hi,

I am an ericson owner from Melbourne Australia.... not many of us here, in fact I am the only ericson owner I know of in my State.


A couple of years ago I visited San Francisco and took the attached photo of an ericson 27? I've been "getting around" to posting it here for a long time... just thought it might be of interest to the SanFran owners.

The boat is probably just north of Alcatraz in SF Bay. Nice pict thats what us locals call the "slot" where the wind blows strait through the GG bridge right across the bay into Berkeley. On either side you find more mellow conditions.

Yes that's right. I was on a ferry crossing the bay. It was brisk!
