Does anyone know where to find a polar diagram for the E35-3 or E34? (These are the velocity made good charts for all points of sail) I understand they can be ordered somewhere for a price (probably too high). Anyone know how to reach the designer, Bruce King, who might have it?

US Sailing has polars in chart form and graphic form. There is a thread on the Sailnet elist archives from 2001(?) and the prices listed were $45 and $185 respectively.

I checked at US Sailing and the current prices are $210 and 170 - a little steep for my amount of racing. HOW MANY OUT THERE (E34 and E35-3 owners) WOULD LIKE TO SHARE IN BUYING ONE? I will be unavailable from 5/22 through late June.

I spoke with Karen at US Sailing today as I am interested in polars also. She told me that the cost for the tabular results from the Velocity Prediction Program cost $50 for members, $95 for non-members. Membership costs $50 which gets you a copy of the racing rules or safety info for cruising, a subscription to Sailing World or Cruising World, and I don't remember what else. She told me that the E32-3, 32-200 aren't in the database. She said the database skips those models but starts up again with the E33. I didn't think to ask about the E34. I crew on an E38 and the skipper got the tabular data.
