Adding A/C and Heat to Ericson 38

Does anyone have installation recommendations for adding A/C compressor unit and ductwork to a 1989 Ericson 38? I am considering doing the work myself to reduce cost and would like to get some ideas on where and how it has been installed on other 38s.

Agree with Sean. Mermaid has a lot of good info. Met with them at the Sail Expo in St. Pete and they were very helpful. After contacting through the eb site they sent me a copy of Installation and Operation Guide, free.
