Prevent smells and rust in your Ice Chests!!!

To keep fish boxes, ice chests, bait tanks, and even tackle boxes less damaging to your olfactory senses (Ie. less stinkie), put a charcoal briquette in the toe of a discarded sock or panty hose. It will not only absorb smells but also protects tightly closed areas from rust by absorbing moisture.

I plucked this from the Boat US site. Pretty neat idea!!! I'll defintely try it and maybe keep a bag of briquettes on our boat for this purpose!
