Mechanic Recommendations in Deale, MD area???

Can anyone recommend a good diesel engine mechanic in the Deale, MD area. I recently bought a 28' Ericson with a Universal diesel engine but failed to get an engine survey which was a big mistake. Current mechanic I've had working on it has spent a lot of time and my money on an engine that probably should have been replaced. So, I need to find a reputable mechanic who can give me an honest appraisal of the engine before I proceed.

I use Harvey Smith at Annapolis Marine Diesel. I don't know if he would go to Deale but he could always give you a referral to another good mechanic. Harvey is awesome, very knowledgeable, thorough, happy to explain stuff to you. his number is 410-267-9640.
