I love Scalloped Potatoes; unfortunately, it's not something my wife will allow me to eat anymore. Maybe she would if we lived up north and needed to bulk up for winter?

Anyway, My web site has a recipes page for those of you interested. All of the recipes are of the stove top variety, no oven required. This is especially important to us since our E38 doesn't have an oven.
