1973 E-25 Traveler Blocks?

I know this one's a long shot, but here goes. I've got what I believe to be the original over-cabin, 3/4 boom, traveler system on my 1973 E25, and the sheaves in the blocks are shot. Complicating this, is that I have been unable to find any identifying marks on the blocks other than an "S" or "5", I can't tell which. In trying to find replacement blocks, I have been unable to find a semi-good match for those at each end of the track. I need a single block, rivet-eyed w/a becket, (it attaches to the track with a nut and bolt combo, with the bolt going thru the end of the rivet eye at the end of the block opposite the becket). I've tried Harken, Ronstan, West Marine, and Sailnet.com.

I know I can get a block on a swivel, and that my just turn out to be my best option, but the design really calls for the thru-hole of the rivet so the block can lay flush against the end of the track.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
