Anybody ever use this product - BatteryMINDer?

I have 4 batteries (2 starter batteries, 2 house batteries) I need to keep charged off season. My old trickle charger died. This one looks good:

Anyone ever heard of this "Desulphation" they talk about? It seems you initially "desulphation" each battery individually, then hook up all four batteries in parrallel and then keep them charged.
