Can anyone assist me with the rig tune for my 84 30+? I don't have a backstay adjuster, and am a cruiser only. I can't get the attention of a rigger here, too busy. Thanks!

No prob. Do a search here for rig tune posts. Look on the thread called tuning the Ericson 29 tuning guide, and see my post from 4-14-06. This should all basically apply to your boat as well (even though it is fractional)
I have written step by step tuning tips for the fractional E-boats-somewhere. If you can't find it or have questions, let me know and I will walk you through it..
