Anyone recognize this name?

Barely visible in low angle light, the ghostly letters " WECOMA TYEE"
"Hood River" is preserved in minutely raised letters in the sun ravaged gell coat of my Ericson 27. Any one recognize the name or know the history?



She was also named "SPAR WARS" at one time according to the previous owner, who gave her the current name "BLUE WING"

Have you tried an email to the Hood River YC? Their web site is a bit out of date, but the email addys are probably still ok.
