Are they wood or aluminum on your model Ericson? If aluminum (or you want them to become aluminum), you might contact Buzz Ballenger at http://www.ballengerspars.com/cgi-bin/ballenger/index.cfm.
Another Ericson/Olson owner that I know reported he received excellent spar fabrication services from this company.

Since you are in So Cal I would contact
LeFiel manufacturing-they built the mast on my current boat,
or contact Forespar who fabricated spreaders for my previous
boat.
