In the Market for an E-27 Main

Hi all,

I am in the market for a "new" main for my E-27. I mostly day sail, with occassional trip to Catalina. I've already solicited quotes from about 5 Sail Lofts, but thought I would list here in case any of you happen to have a good main with lots of life left in it. But then again why would you, unless you are one of those racer types that replace often! Anyway, worth a shot. PM me if you've got something.

You may not find a original E-27 sail, but you may be able to find a close fit and have it modified at a local loft like T/A.

I believe these are pretty close measurements:

Luff 28.00
Leech 29.50
Foot 10.00

Yup, those are the measurements I used for the on-line quote, just so I can narrow the field. I'll remeasure before I order.

Already checked Minneys and most of the sails that are even close in size do not appear to be in good shape. But they get in new inventory all the time and I usually drop by every couple of weeks just to window shop, so you never know.
