Capsize ratio

I may be posting this in the wrong area, I was recently looking at capsize ratios and noticed that my 28.2 has a ratio of 2.04 (or maybe 2.05) the boat is darn good and stable - I've taken 5' waves without blinking an eye. So, to my question, is this ratio an indication of how easily a boat will capsize, of how quickly it will righten after capsizing? Or both?
