Actually they hold pretty good. This one has been in place for six years. The others were lost due to dexterity issues

I bought some of these recently - Schaefer Handi Hanger. You can either flat mount them on a bulkhead, hang them on coated lifeline, or on 7/8" or 1" tube. I have yet to install mine as I'm working on my lifeline project currently.
