time for a windlass

its time to put a windlass on my 74 35 II. I am looking at a Maxwell rc8-10 or an rc10-8. does anyone with a 35 have either of these and what
are the pros and cons of either...

I have a 38-200 with a RC 10-8. Haven't used it a lot since installing but so far so good. I'm too lazy to find the link right now but if you search around here I posted a bunch of pics of the install earlier this year.
