Replacement screw to hold spreaders to the mast?

Hi, we need to replace this worn screw/bolt that holds the spreaders in place on the mast...any ideas what size exactly and/or where to get a replacement? Thank you!!

Hard to tell from your picture. Is that a bolt inside of a compression sleeve? Take the bolt out and bring it to Ace Hardware.
