Need help! Need to sell my 1983 Ericson 35-III in San Diego

I need to sell my 35-ft Ericson-3 sailboat as soon as possible. She's in a marina now and buyer would have first chance at keeping that slip. She's a solid boat, but needs some TLC, and a bottom job. Any ideas or offers welcome!
