Mast sheets

Naive questions here trying to figure her out...I have 3 sheets going into mast.i presume one could be going up and holding the top of the jib channel. Does anyone know what each is for?

Hello Warren and welcome to the forum.

If I interpret your question correctly the sheets you're referring to are the halyards, one for the jib, one for the main, and one as the topping lift for the spinnaker pole.

Great thanks! I'm having issues with the jib and think it'd like to take it down this weekend to service the roller at the top of the furling. I'll have a look tomorrow to see which halyard it is!
